5 stars for Yvonne - 0 stars for management. A) If you won't accept a facial gift card for a massage, don't lie and say you will. B) If 'mistakenly' say you will, then correct your error BEFORE the appointment. C) Changing he terms of the appointment after the fact makes that mistake a lie. D) Because you lied to me, I'll be using the facial gift card elsewhere. Or perhaps re-gifting it in another state.
