Walked into Massage Envy today, bent over with a back strain. After an hour with Nicole, a new therapist to me, I left upright feeling so much better. I told the manager that she gets 10 gold stars from me !!!
Great massage by Magda every time. Last minute appointment mostly available. Great facials by Eve. Clean facility and friendly helpful staff.

poor customer service from nina sculler. to start...
Messed up appointment times. Didn’t give extra service requested. Then didn’t honor massage. Overall bad communication and management. Just paid for a headache. Would give 0 rating but the option for rating isn’t here. So this won’t change there score. Just save your self the hassle and go anywhere else.
Very clean establishment, friendly staff, and knowledgeable massage therapists. Thank you!
