They cannot service their clients. They give the impression that they are “fully booked” but that’s because they only have 1-3 therapists working at a time and then they deny everyone who pays into the membership availability to use it...unless you want to schedule 3 weeks out. I’ve even had appointment cancel because therapists “leave” or call in sick. I have requested to speak to the owners 3 times, and never have had them contact me.
