Mass General Hospital Emergency room- My experience Few weeks ago , I was asked to go to MGH emergency room by my doctor. I complained shortness of breadth. When I walked in, I was immediately given an EKG and tested for vitals. Then I was asked to wait in the waiting room. The wait lasted about 3 hours. The care I’ve received at Mass General has been excellent! The doctors and nurses are caring and truly selfless. They have literally saved my life more than once.

We can't speak higher of doctors and nurses at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. They are the best we have ever, ever experienced! They show respect to our son, actually make him comfortable at a doctor's visit and give us the time we need to ask questions. They also have familiarized themselves with his chart and his medical history. They are exceptional.
