Great staffing on transplant floor at least and surgical team.
I have been a nursefir 30+ years and MGH is by far the Best of Boston. I told the nurse who cared me how impressed I was with every aspect of the hospital from the valet service,admissions department all the way to the recovery and discharge. Well done to your staff, for OUTSTANDING quality care. I won'go anywhere else for my medical care but MGH.

This hospital - doctors, nurses, all the staff have saved my mothers life multiple times over the past year. She’s had heart stents placed. She’s had a triple bypass, heart valves fixed and a hole in her heart fixed. She’s had a kidney stent placed. I am eternally grateful for all of their skilled hands and knowledge. Ellison 11 and the staff on that floor hold a very special place in our hearts!!

Some of the best doctors in the world work here! Do your homework and make an appointment with the one you need. You won’t be sorry!! However, I find that some appointments are months away. If you are really in need, go to their emergency room! Don’t wait for an appointment.

Terrible service. I have been trying to schedule a yearly physical for 5 months and each time they tell me my PCP schedule is not available. Going somewhere else.
