The receptionists are not helpful and it is impossible to make appointments. Doctors are great, but unfortunately the receptionists make it impossible to see them.
I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Dr. Tharaud for my primary care needs. The experience of going to her office is so smooth, efficient, and pleasant. Her receptionists and medical assistants are friendly, quick, responsive (particularly to patient messages!), and helpful. I’ve had Dr. Lee as my primary doctor for years now and she is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, kind and really takes the time to fully listen. I referred a family member to the practice who really loves her doctor here as well. Also the admin staff really went the extra mile for me recently in helping to resolve a billing issue and I’ve always found everyone at the front desk along with the medical assistants to be pleasant as well. All around I’m so grateful for Mystic Medical!
I was Denied Ivermectin when we knew it was the most effective anti viral for Covid19. These doctors think they know everything. When I know more than them. They push propaganda and deny you life saving medicine. Those who are guilty should be ashamed. An innocent $0.05 pill that saves lives. Because its not PROFITABLE.
