I’ve been Dr. Milder’s patient for over six years and have always appreciated her. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been trying for over a month to reschedule my physical exam because I recently had a baby and simply needed any Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday between October and December instead of my originally scheduled date. The receptionists are not helpful and it is impossible to make appointments. Doctors are great, but unfortunately the receptionists make it impossible to see them.
I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Dr. Tharaud for my primary care needs. The experience of going to her office is so smooth, efficient, and pleasant. Her receptionists and medical assistants are friendly, quick, responsive (particularly to patient messages!), and helpful.
