Dr Zombil and Lydia are friendly, helpful and my daughter annoys them.
The provider I had was wonderful. The billing system is so frustrating. They charged me a deductible that they should not have charged. They have refused to let me speak to billing or refund my money. Blue Cross has called them and they still will not return the money they owe me.
