I’ve been a patient for only a couple months but i’m not getting the help i need idk why they cant keep appointments or refill scripts on time but they wont give you the help you need
Neglectful, lazy, impossible to get someone on the phone or to get a message response. My therapist and medication manager cancelled multiple weeks in a row and then took a vacation. These people are a joke and shouldnt be practicing medicine.
Been going here for close to 5 years, idk what happened to this place but theyve gone downhill. My family and I meet with different doctors here and we’ve all had appointments cancelled, doctors no show, emergency appointments denied or ignored, medication not refilled, etc. Essentially if theres a problem this place has it. I cannot believe a mental health practice is so irresponsible and uncaring. Injustices to so many patients. If you need mental health help avoid this place like the plague.
my family has been with mbhc for a little while, we have therapy with katie and a few others. katie truly has helped in healing. she listens, she gives uplifting and positive encouragement and has shown us different coping mechanisms and perspectives that has made the biggest difference. the front desk and scheduler have been very good at answering our questions and returning our calls. we have had a smooth service experience at this establishment. i do continue to recommend anyone i know to mass behavioural health.
Terrible service. There are two people working there: a thin woman and a heavier woman. The thin woman was always ready to help, but it is worth noting that the heavier woman seemed to be in charge, and her attitude toward people was far from pleasant—it seemed like she favored her own culture over others.
