Best landlord I've ever had!! Quick and responsive to emails and maintenance request. Ross Mason would reply within a few hours and if it was more than a day (only happened once) he was apologetic. Very fair price for a rental and lease renewal offer was also fair! He was also very considerate when allowing tours from potential tenants. He did his best to keep them at a minimum, made sure the time worked for us and with plenty of notice.

Had a wonderful stay for two years at one of their buildings in Brighton. Whenever we needed a fix or had a problem, the very next day it was fixed! The best experience I've had living in apartments in Boston.
Ross Mason is a class act. Professional, courteous, organized, meticulous with attention to detail, and often two steps ahead of his clients. He managed my condo in Cambridge then subsequently listed and sold the property at a great price. He took care of everything including preparation, listing, contract, painting, floor repair, all while managing the subs, far exceeding my expectations. Thanks Ross for a job well done.
