We been working with Mason Management now for sometime. They have been great! Very attentive, easy to work with. Highly recommend them as management Company.
One of their agent (Joshua Ruiz) keeps ghosting apartment showing appointment. He asked my information, and then sent out the showing cancellation at the very last minutes of showing, and I am not the only victim of this issue
I lived in an apartment managed by Mason Management for 2.5 years and couldn't be happier with the experience! The Mason Management team is professional and quick to respond to any requests or questions about the unit and gave fair lease renewal offers. I highly recommend them and would actively seek out units managed by them!
I've been working with the Mason team for over a year and I could not be happier. It is always a bit worrying when you're moving across the country and you have to take a chance off of choosing a home off emails and a video call followed by sending money that way. I've lived in an apartment managed by Mason Management for 2 years and I only have positive things to say about them! They have truly been wonderful. They respond very quickly to any email and if something is broken, they have someone come out same day to fix it. I cannot recommend them enough!! I wish they were managing my next apartment!
