Great experience- friendly and straight to the point. I like that.
Rude person answers telephone these days. Wanted to see Dr Mason again after all of his help with a bad pressure wound from a previous accident. Treatment by front office staff can make or break a medical practice. Love how great Dr Mason is, not so sure about current front office staff.
I was treated unprofessionally by the nurse and then by the person who answered the phone when I called to talk about the previous incident. I will not go back because it wasn't settled the way it should have been settled. There are a lot of other doctors out there that actually care.
I've had ingrown toenails on both big toes for years and never had the guts to have them fixed for fear of the procedure. I finally got brave!LOL Dr. Mason explained in detail every step of the way and he was exact, extremely nice and reassuring. He also let me know the shot would be the worse part of the procedure. Prior to the shot he applied some type of freezing agent and I didn't even feel the shot! Dr. Mason was great and what I feared for so many years was made easy......thank you Dr. Mason!
2 ingrown toenails: Got those toes super numb & fixed the problem. This is the day after; they feel SO much better, even in the healing phase!! I can walk without pain, even today!
I have had 3 surgical procedures under Dr Mason’s care. His office staff are wonderful. I have never waited in his office for more than 5 to 10 minutes. He explains everything in simple clear terms and he makes you feel as if you are not just a number he honestly cares about you and how you feel. The entire office makes you feel like you are among friends.
His staff is very prompt, no excessive waiting. Dr. Mason went over in great detail what he would be doing during my surgery. Very nice and clean facility...I will be recommending to my friends and family.
Went to Dr Mason for bunions. He was thorough, informative, kind and surgery was the option given to me. I trusted him immediately. I was nervous about surgery and recovery and he put me right at ease. He has an outstanding bedside manner. His staff is great! Having my other foot done next month
Saw Dr. Mason for a hammer toe and bunion. Have had 2 surgeries with him and he has been caring and professional through all. His staff is beyond helpful and caring.
