I have been using Central Park Dentistry and Dr. Jay Lala for 20 years. The reason is because I have received nothing but excellent professional service both from Dr. Lala and from his staff. Doreen is top-notch; the office is clean, friendly and inviting. I never fear going to the dentist. North Iowa is so fortunate to have this practice available.
My experience was the best I have Ever had at a Dental Office!!! Everyone was very kind and very nice and pleasant!! I havent been made to feel that kind and I wasnt treated as a object but as a human with feelings its the best experience ever!!! Thank you so much!!! I recently had a very painful toothache and was in need of an emergency visit to the dentist. I had never been to Central Park Dentistry, yet I was able to get an appointment that same day. I get very nervous going to the dentist, almost to the point of having anxiety attacks. The staff and Dr were very professional and very comforting. I recently had an appointment and had a health issue after arriving. I wanted to leave for home and just remake the appt. They saw to it that I did not leave, but called my son to come in and take me to the ER. I can not say enough good things about the staff and how well I was looked after, in spite of the fact that this is a VERY BUSY office!!
