We see Dr Lala and his team every 6 months. My youngest daughter is actually EXCITED to go to the dentist (not at all like my childhood memories of the dentist)! Dr Lala's team is excellent, they are friendly, on time and communicative. We have 5 kids so it's important when we go to the dentist that we can all get in around the same time so it isn't a long visit. All my children love going and there is no anxiety. Today I called the office because I somehow broke a small piece of my crown and it was rough against my tongue. I wanted to know if they could just smooth it down. They talked to Dr. LaLA and they asked me to come in now so they could look at it. I went in and the crown other than the broken part was otherwise still in tact. Still snug against my other teeth so he was able to smooth it out. I am happy to write a review about my most recent visit. I love this place. I always come away feeling like a princess. I always receive compliments on everything from my " funky" sunglasses and clothes, purses, and even makeup !! And, the Dental Hygienists' teach me something new each time. Dr. Hansen is a sweetheart. This time was especially awesome. Since I am now 64, Dr. Hansen told me that I had the gums of someone 20 years younger. I went in for a dental implant consult in the morning, having never been to Central Park Dentistry. Dr Lala and his staff got me in that same day for the first appointment. From the front desk, to the dental assistants, to Dr Lala himself, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Each step of the process was explained thoroughly - I never once questioned their ability. As usual my visit GREAT!! I had my teeth cleaned and had some issue and was able to get it taken care of so I didn't have to drive back to Mason City again. Dr. Lala was there on Monday and was willing and able to take care of what needed to get done. Whenever we are ask where we go for our dental work we tell them Central Park we see Dr. Lala. It's a GREAT place to go. If they need to have any cleaning done I tell them to have Gala as she is really gentle and is a very pleasant person.
