I had some old ceiling stains around the chimney but discovered a new one (bulge with a slit in the center). Was leaving town and rain was forecasted. Tom, the owner, came out the next day to inspect to make sure it was chimney related and not a roof issue. Since I didn’t want to come home to a caved in ceiling, he was kind enough to check it, found a section that had not been waterproofed, and did all he could do to the chimney related possible issues. He said I should paint the ceiling stains white and watch for any change... read more
