This place is a joke , anymore . Y’all need some new doctors in here that actually know what the hell there talking about 🤷🏽♀️ You should have done way more with my child then you did . Oh yeah let’s just check his ears and breathing &’ send him on his way . My son , is literally wheezing, coughing, hot as hell... y’all need some new doctors! Had me leave with the papers , saying I came in for cough and congestion,, ummm I’m sorry but nooo .
Misdiagnosed my 1 year old with chicken pox. when really he had a respitory infection that turned into phnemonia. I waited another week to take him to a different hospital bc he was still coughing. that's right you read that right my son had a cough and 1 spot and they said the cough was caused by the chicken pox. will not recommend for anyone. I wouldn't even take my pet to this place. I will post a pic of my son that they told me had chicken pox at the time
Miss diagnosed my premie son that has a lung disease and said he had a “cold” and did not send us home with anything. FOUR days later I took him elsewhere since he was only getting worse to find out he had a severe virus and needed breathing treatment and a steroid. We went in at 9:30 PM because I work evenings and that was the only time I could take him. They made sure we were out of the door by 10 PM because that’s the time they closed. We have been to this Urgent Care several times and always have a wonderful experience. The staff is knowlegeable, friendly, and always open to questions. It's a super clean facility with lots of things to keep kids as happy as possible (books, televisions, colorful artwork, posters in every room). We have never waited longer than 10-15 minutes to be seen, and once in the room, there's always a very short wait for the doctor to come in. We drive past our more local Urgent Care to visit this one!
Best by far! I will not take my children anywhere else.
