I was skeptical at first, having been a dancer years ago and now a 50 year old grandma, I didn't want to stick out like a sore thumb so to speak. Let me tell you, all that went out the window with my first class. The instructors are WONDERFUL, they make it so much fun! They take their time with the people who are slower, at the same time keeping it pumped up for the more experienced people.
