Dr Jett is the most wonderful Doctor I have ever had. I am always impressed at how much time she spends with me even when I know she's running behind. She is the best listener , ever. She talks to me rather than at me and tries her best to help me with some tough medical issues. I can't imagine having any other Doctor .
i am writing this because i have been a patient of MPC for 13 years. ever since the office was revamped and they cycled out their old nurses i have found that the nursing staff at the front desk who answers the phones and takes messages for the doctors is INCREDIBLY RUDE. like they're being inconvenienced. they don't seem to care that they're dealing with sick people. they have NO empathy at all. the nursing staff who take weight and BP and such are wonderful as are the doctors but these "nurses" who work the front desk are ... read more
I went on Monday for what seems to be bronchitis and waited an hour in the room for the doctor to come in and see me. She then said she thought it was a virus and couldn't give me anything, but if I wasn't better by Friday to call back. Well, I called back today, told the receptionist what was wrong and she said they'd call me back. I never got a call back and am still miserable. This isn't my first bad experience... I'm definitely changing docs. They don't care about their patients here.
I have been a patient of Dr. Sharma's and she is awesome!!!! Takes her time with me never rushed. The staff is great professional and nice nothing but great treatment and keeps me on top of my health. Been a patient since 2008.
