As a person who has a phobia of doctors (beyond white coat syndrome) tried making my first appointment with them. I was told Diane would call me back and didn’t hear from the for over a week. So I did a follow up call and she told me that they couldn’t cater to my needs because they are a large office who sees 300 patients a day. They weren’t even going to call me back. Absolutely no understanding for their patients and it’s all about getting a paycheck from the insurance companies.
My first visit was with Dr. Harris. She is very welcoming. She went over my health and made me feel at ease. I had lots of questions and she addressed everyone of them. She never rushed and she called me back when I had a concern. I am very pleased with her.
Their portal does not allow for messages to be left. Data are incomplete. Referrals do not report their findings and lab data. Sometimes they have substitute physicians not well vetted.
Come to find out, if you don't go for a awhile, they charge you an extremely outrageous $400 "New Patient" fee. And they won't allow you to use a care credit card to pay for it either. I knew I should have just gone to Patient First. 2/6 may have been my first time back in a while. However, it also may now be my last time back in forever. All these people care about is what is in your wallet.
