MALPRACTICE! Im considering filing a formal complaint with the BBB about the serious malpractice and lack of compassion of the people in the MD Primary Care Queenstown office. Very bad service every timeI try to get BP med renewed . Your office acts like they have no records of my BP script. I've been getting mail order from your office for years and your office said they have never done mail order for me . Then they said they have six addresses for the mail order and ask me which one they use . Look in your computer and it's the same place you've been getting them from . How hard can that be ! Horrible experience today at Queenstown location, Dr. Chamberlain grabbed my arm twice after I asked him to stop, accused me of using "foul " language, told me that "I had no right to ask for a supervisor or question his staff" and then proceeded to inform me that they won't "see people like me" in "his" practice. This was all in front of my 2 young children too. Good luck with the state medical board MPCP and Dr. Chamberlain, you're going to need it

I'm trying to get hold of office manager or a personal e mail address ( apparently one doesn't exist). I have a complaint regarding the lack of empathy given to my mother who was a patient of dr Konick for many years. He had her in tears telling her she was a burden to her daughter and she should contact hospice. That was a year ago. She's thriving since we switched Drs
I am 72 years young, and up to this point have never had a primary care doctor. I had my first physical exam ever at the Arnold office, but because the Annapolis office was closer to me, I started going to them. My blood work results were so encouraging, that I decided to keep them as my primary care doctors and never go without seeing a doctor again. I might add, they all were very professional , from the receptionist to the doctor.
I've been a patient since Dr Dailey was down by Mars in the office in the ditch before Emmanuel LC. I have followed faithfully except for a period I was with Kaiser and they almost killed my husband! MPCP has been there for me even as self pay! I hated Kaiser...
