Customer service at the front desk is awful with any kind of assistance regarding billing/scheduling and finding a good physician in this practice is like a needle in a haystack
RecommendedDr Dailey retired so I opted to see my husbands doctor, Dr. Chite. NEVER have I ever met a more personable doctor in my life. He actually THANKS YOU for coming to see him🤷♀️. He is very thorough and detailed. Talks to us like we are old friends. Love that all the pre-op testing I needed to have were performed right at the same location too. Staff has always been professional, courteous and prompt with my appointments...👏 QUALITY CARE!
I have been a patient in this office for over 15 years. I called last night at 5:54 p.m. to make an appointment to address a serious medical issue and was told that a letter was mailed to me discharging me from the practice due to an outstanding balance. I was given a number for billing which was closed. Upon calling billing first thing this morning I was advised that I had a $34.00 balance and that they did not see a letter discharging me from the practice. I have gone to MD Primary care pretty much most of my life and I am one who hates doctors. Usually, they’re all about money, they make you uncomfortable, they don’t listen to you and they just all around suck. That is until I started seeing Alyson Lang, a PA in the office. She listens to her patients, she genuinely wants to help her patients feel better and get healthy!! Terrible doctor patient experience multiple times all about the money rather then taking care of patients
Your PAs really do suck.... I have yet to see a”Doctor”. I called for an appointment to have my hands checked very stiff and sore (probably arthritis of some type) I go into the room and also say I feel like I may have an ear infection; the PA says did you tell them on the phone you had to 2 issues we aren’t scheduled for 2 issues �� only thing she did was blood work supposedly for inflammation it came back fine to her ( but on the paperwork work says need to be redrawn with proper tube.... I never feel confident going there... read more
As a person who has a phobia of doctors (beyond white coat syndrome) tried making my first appointment with them. I was told Diane would call me back and didn’t hear from the for over a week. So I did a follow up call and she told me that they couldn’t cater to my needs because they are a large office who sees 300 patients a day. They weren’t even going to call me back. Absolutely no understanding for their patients and it’s all about getting a paycheck from the insurance companies.
