Had a procedure done here today!!! I was a little nervous looking at the other reviews but I had an amazing experience! From pre op call to finish, the team were top notch! Shout out to the entire team especially Ms Cash for making me feel comfortable, at ease and ensured all my questions were answered!
This was the worst place I ever went to today the 8/2/24 the woman supervisor at the front desk, goes by the name Cash was overwhelmed today through multiple patients and was very nasty to every patient, including myself. She was so bothered and had my doctor canceled my colonoscopy appointment for today due to me, asking for paperwork because I was sitting in the waiting room since 8:30 in the morning, and my appointment was at 9 o’clock.
