When I went to see Dr. Ochoa, the first impression I had of her was bad. When asking for my health history, she was rude and ignorant about me trying to explain that my partner had female anatomy. Because of this, she said I didnt need an internal ultrasound, despite my concerns about my irregular and painful cycles. They ran bloodwork and an external ultrasound, and said they found nothing despite my online results saying there was multiple findings ,and put me on birth control. Took time to listen and helped us get through a scary time
4 hrs before my sleep study i was called and told that my appt was going to be canceled because they decided that day to close the sleep center. I was sent to a hospital in Joliet. Which is costing me way more than I would’ve paid if I would’ve done my sleep study at the Morris sleep center. When I asked for my results I was told I would have to make an appt in order to get them. Which is another cost now. Listened to me and took care of all my issues
I'm 75 yoa diabetic male and enjoyed walking...until I couldn't due to bone on bone in left ankle. Friends recommended Dr. Pearson. The good doctor confirmed diagnosis and strongly suggested cortisone (type) injection. I took him up on it this past week and I just finished the first relatively pain- free walk in over 5 years! I realize ankle replacement is probably in the future but for now I am joyous. A plus; tested glucose post walk- low 100's vs mid to high 200's.
