On or about June 1 I delivered a shoe to the Holland facility to have a lift put on one shoe. Here we are, June 30, and the work remains undone. I called the Holland office on Monday, June 26, inquiring about the shoe. The shoe was promised for today, June 30, that they would call when ready. Still no shoe. How long can it take to install a lift? And a price tag for the work, $150.00, seems a bit excessive. I'll rate MFB with no stars at all.
Staff are all so friendly and very helpful. I've been visiting and elderly friend recovery from a stroke and I've been there during different therapy sessions and everyone has been very patient, informative and encouraging to her. Great progress and motivation has been key.
I really enjoy working in this hospital! I've meet some amazing people and I love the opportunity to help others!�
I was just there for 2 months, I've never had a great time at a hospital until i went there! Everyone was very caring and it was the best choice I've ever made, can't wait to come back and visit everyone!

My therapy and therapists were great! Their Security Department there SUCKS! Was treated badly and very Rudely by a Female Security Officer!!! Totally UNCALLED FOR! I’m very HURT AND DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
