Dr. Dobbs is amazing! She takes time to make sure you and your children are taken care of and to answer ANY questions you may have. The office staff is amazing and friendly. They take time to evaluate the best payment options! The Weaver Family Loves Dobbs Orthodontics.
Our oldest daughter is on the final stretch of braces. Dr. Dobbs was very clear with her at the beginning on what she needed to do to have them the least amount of time. We have not had to remind our daughter one time about keeping her teeth clean or wearing her rubber bands or anything else. The staff is fantastic! We have not had to wait one time. Our daughter checks in then goes straight back for her appointment. We can't say enough good things about having Dr. Dobbs and our staff serving us!!
I'm 28 years old and I am wearing braces for the first time. I have had braces on for 14 months so far and I drive from Dandridge, TN for the extraordinary service I receive from Dr. Dobbs and her staff. Dr. Dobbs and staff are top notch! From the very first day we walked into their office we were given excellent service. Mrs. Debbie took time to explain the entire process to us and walked me through each step from payments to treatment plans for my daughter. The assistants have all been extremely friendly and taken the additional time to make sure we understood everything that was being done.
