My son has been hospitalized there a couple if time due to his Crohn's disease and I can't say enough about how amazing all of the Dr's and nurses have been. It is hard having your child hurting and feeling helpless to stop the pain. The gentle way that the medical team treated not just my son but my wife and I as well. From the volunteers to the Social Worker that sat and talked with me about how to handle getting help after we left the hospitals staff was truly amazing.
11 days ago we were given the most difficult news of our life to hear and to accept. Our 13 year old precious daughter was diagnosed with ALL Leukemia. From the minute we walked in the door of the ER we have been completely blessed with the most amazing, brilliant, compassionate people I have ever met in one place. The list of people is to long to list on this post. They know everything that we will need to move one step at a time through this journey. Thank you!
I'd be HAPPY to give them more stars, but unfortunately this is the 2nd visit in 30 days &, the staff still cannot follow simple instructions on room restrictions!, I have already spoke to administer and still no change. I asked for no calls &, no visitors, we have a restraining order against somebody, & the hospital doesn't care!
We come a long ways. But I think its well worth it. My son has had seizures since he was 2yrs. So we've been coming over here for awhile. His doctor rocks. She is the best doctor ever. She really cares for all her patients.
