I am pleased to say Marx Medical Equipment helped me in a great way on the process in renting a scooter for my uncle who came to visit in Philadelphia.

Pricing was ok, but the scooter died several times, once while on a bus and also while on a line we were waiting on to view the Liberty Bell. We couldn't trust it for the next day so we had to cancel plans to see the rest of the city. You can't get in touch with anyone after 5 o'clock or on Saturday even in the event of an emergency to obtain another scooter or wheelchair. Poor management and customer service skills on the individual I spoke with. Would not recommend this company.
