I found Marx Medical online, when my mum's stairglide stopped working. Their representatives at the repairs department were really helpful and willing to help. They scheduled an appointment right away for their technician to come and evaluate the stairglide. He was very skilled and thorough. He fixed the unit and gave us some really useful tips on how to avoid simiral damage in the future. I will surely choose Marx Medical again in the future if needed!
A family member recommended Marx Medical when my hospital bed broke down and I'm glad they did. The Repairs Department representatives were very understanding and supportive. A technician visited me in order to evaluate my bed and he was very professional and kind. He found out what the problem was immediately and managed to solve it real quick. My hospital bed has been working perfect since then! I'm really satisfied with their services.

They have offered horrible assistance to my disabled son refuse to make repairs outside lift was broke upon first install
