WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! My boyfriend brought his Cadillac CTS--V in for a recall on the fuel pump. After dropping it off they called and said they COULD complete the service but if they had the fuel lock it would make it much easier. They NEVER told him they were goin to charge him for it. Sure enough we go to pick it up this morning. They charge him $100 for the fuel lock, AND the car isn't even washed?!?! What happened to customer service? This place is a joke and we are NEVER brining our business here again.
Horrible service. I took my SUV here in May, they told me nothing was wrong with it twice before finally breaking down over the same issues i told them I was having. First time the sent me home second time said oh you need a computer upgrade $250 later.... when I Took it in for the 3rd time and low and behold it was hybrid battery internally failing. $4000 later on just the battery & labor ..I have a new battery. Now we're in October and I'm having the same issues yet again. Took it back to them since they replaced the batte... read more
Their service dep't is terrible. I have been trying to get my 2009 Escalade Hybrid fixed since Fed of 2015. I brought it back again this past Monday. They can't duplicate the problems and told me to come pick up the car. "We are done with it" They didn't give me any other solution. I offered to have them drive the car as long as they needed. But they won't.
What a painless experience! Ask for Leonard! They let me do the driving. Thanks guyz!
