The appt had to be booked 3 different times. Chris the representative who the car was brought into on the second appt was very condescending and rude. Greg, the manager, although professional, was extremely abrupt and kept speaking over me on the phone. They want to charge per diagnosis as if they have to be done separately -and want you to pay ahead of time ! All of the necessary codes should come up with one diagnostic try . $190 per issue diagnosis . F them
I always receive exceptional customer service for new vehicles and maintenance. I had a lot of problems with my last vehicle. Kevin was very attentive in providing support for service. Jake was very helping in helping us get into a new vehicle (our 4th from MKB). He made a very stressful situation very easy.

Have spent the last week trying to contact their service department trying to schedule service. I contacted them through Facebook messenger and asked for an appointment and was told some one would get back to me as soon as possible but that was 18 hours ago and still haven’t been contacted.

No problem at all getting the service we needed on our car.
Worst customer service!! Bought brand new car 2020 with issues, Took forever for them to get back at me and only because I was the only one contacting them. My car was in “service” for 2 weeks and just got my car back, the problems weren’t solve and got it back all dirty inside and out(i Didnt leave my car like way).
Kevin Knepper always gives us the greatest of service. We just needed rear brakes on our Yukon (as an example), and Kevin communicated with us throughout the process. We will continue to bring our 3 vehicles to MKB through Kevin. Thank you, Kevin!
