Worst customer service ever! I called and made a service appointment for a sound coming from my engine and requested a courtesy car during diagnoses and repair. I was told I would get a call to confirm...almost a week later I call the day before my appointment only to be transferred to 3 different people and then be told courtesy cars are only given to people who's cars are still under warranty. Would have been nice to have been told that upfront rather than wasting my time - I will never shop or get my Cadillac repaired her... read more

It's awesome....love the pick up and drop off service!!! The pick up time was way longer than they originally told me it would be. However it wasn't a huge deal.

I somehow got that ding insurance added to my purchase agreement and when I called them to have a scratch touched up they sad they don't do that type of repairs. Only small dings! Tried to get a manager to call me back and haven't heard from anybody yet. Going on 2 weeks! Waste of $800 bucks!

This my first time going to Marvin K. Brown for repairs.. My 1999 Pontiac was part of a recall.. I must say from the young gentleman who answered my questions while waiting in line to the awesome specialist, Corky who input my car info into the system, to the guy, James who drove my car up to me after recall repairs were done.
