Had a major foot surgery and after two weeks had a hard time sleeping. I contacted the office. Had a phone appointment due to being on bedrest because of surgery. They gave an appointment with a pediatrician! That pediatrician sent over a prescription for a medication that is no longer manufactured!!! Called the office back, they said they’d be in touch. Waited on hold for 45 minutes and no one answered. So now it will be 8 days and only 12 hours of sleep in those 8 days. I would never recommend any doctor from there unless ... read more
I love martins point they’re very good with my daughter and they help by getting straight to be point and explaining things. They also take the time to make sure all your questions are answered and make you feel at ease. They’re like family here �
After having issues with our pediatricians at another place, we switched to martins point- we love the staff and always feel respected. We ended up switching our own care here as well.
Over it! We have stuck with Bowdoin Medical after the merger with Martin's Point for for too long. As much as we love our pediatrician, after years of billing problems and scheduling issues, it is time to move on. As much as we pay for healthcare you would think the service level would be better!
I love the service and staff. They are always so friendly and helpful. Dr Inger is absolutely amazing. He is patient and listens to you and gives you his full attention during your visit. He and his staff have helped me with any and all issues I have ever had. I travel an hour just to go there because of the wonderful service! Thank you!!!!
I used to think very highly of Martin's Point, however, since the move to Baribeau drive the patient care and consideration has gone down the drain. I am rushed by all, and belittled by the receptionists. That's too bad, we have been with Dr. Patten for 27 years.. not anymore.
