This was my first appointment with Dr. Martinez. The entire office staff was friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Martinez was wonderful. He took his time with me, and fully explained what was going on. I couldn't be more pleased.
Dr. Martinez is more than a true professional with outstanding ethics, but has also demonstrated such empathy towards me in allaying any fear of the technical procedure used in treating my macular degeneration. I have total faith in him.
Dr. Martinez and his staff are great. I have been seeing him for about 2 years and he has always been very professionnal and caring. My sight has improved a great deal. I would highly recommend him to everyone.
Dr. Martinez's care is excellent he has positive attitude and caring concern & a great personality. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I wish all my doctors would have his personality. He performed surgery on both my eyes for bad floaters and the whole experience was flawless. Eye surgery is very scary like any surgery is & it was very stressful in fact I was terrified I could lose my eye sight. Now I see clear & feel great about my future.
He saved my eyesight. He is a kind and very patient doctor. Answers all my questions.

I had my annual retina checkup with Dr. Martinez this morning. I have been seeing him for about 5 years, always a good experience but typically taking over 2 hours due to all the tests and various steps involved. Today was exceptionally fast - 45 minutes in and out! I was amazed. The Austin Retina staff has been working to be more efficient and their efforts have really paid off. Good news for me too - everything was stable and "come back in a year." Thanks Dr. Martinez and staff!

I can not say enough about the incredible care I have been given from Dr. Martinez and his staff. It is extremely difficult when you think you are losing your site but Dr. Martinez's skill and encouragement made my procedures successful and bearable. I highly recommend Dr. Martinez for any retina concerns you may have...you will not be disappointed.
