Very positive environment! Not your typical dealership! Highly recommended
I would recommend Romel to purchase a car. He is an excellent dealer. Did not make me too nervous being a single female buying a car. This dealership really works with you and helps you walk out of the door with a car. They are not like most dealerships who try to get you in anything and take your money. They really listen to the customer and try to get your needs met when purchasing a new car.
RecommendedWent with my sister in law cause she badly needed a car. We didn’t have high hopes since we know our credits are bad, but Tom Pazienza is the bomb!!! He made sure that we get out of there with a car. He was so helpful and making us laugh all the way through to forget how nervous we were. Best customer service I’ve ever seen. I found Daniel in the Service Dept to be very polite and helpful. I needed several "more expensive repairs" and he worked with me on prioritizing them so I could get them done in 2 stages. And he was able to give me great pricing as well. I left my car for the day and went to work with the great shuttle service they offer and once my car was done I was able to check out right at the counter with Daniel! My car was waiting right outside the door.
