Came in a couple weeks ago to pick up my tire and rim that I had pre ordered. There was a mix up and it got sent to the Arlington Nissan location. Ricardo had great customer service. He sent one of the drivers out immediately to go pick it up. He handled that situation extremely well, so well to the point I wasn’t even upset. Very much appreciated.
