We recently bought a used car from Martin Nissan. Our sales rep Tom Pazienza was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and helpful with my many questions about the vehicle. He was also very patient as we took a test drive. Stopping/starting/switching drivers, and he just sat back and enjoyed the ride. I was pleased with how quickly we closed the deal. Brought Altima in for rear camera recall issue, they were done in no time - but they also washed the car and left me a bottle of water!
I dreaded the whole car buying process, but Dwayne and Saul made it a great experience. They were very knowledgeable about the questions I asked and made me feel very comfortable talking to them. They went beyond my expectations and I'm very happy with my purchase.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! Nissans are built with the worst transmission ever!! My Sentra has 100,000 miles and in need of its THIRD transmission. They were sued with a class action suit and there is an active recall on this, yet their reps constantly give customers the run-around and are in constant damage control to limit the number of transmissions they replace. So unless you feel like replacing your transmission every 30,000 miles, at your cost, do not buy Nissan!
