From the moment he walked in the room and took both of my hands in his and said, "we'll get through this", I knew I had the right doctor.
I had a robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy in Nov. 2016. Dr. Martino was my surgeon. I was referred to him by a client because I was not happy with the care I was receiving in Scranton. I cannot rave about this doctor enough. The surgery was a cakewalk. The worst part was the sore throat from the tube and the catheter. The only pain I had was mildly sore stomach muscles from the little incisions. I never needed the pain meds and I was back to work 5 days later. This doc is the best!!!
Dr. Martino is a fantastic doctor! He is very passionate at what he does and he truly wants to see his patients be well. I went to Dr. Martino for a little bit of a different reason than most women do. I had a severe infection in my pelvic area that no doctor wanted to touch. All gynecologists I saw told me they would have to do a full hysterectomy at 27 years old. Dr. Martino was the only one who told me he could help me, and he did. I would recommend him to anyone with gynecological issues.
My mother has been a patient of Dr.Martino since 2009. He is the MOST patient, caring, loving doctor anyone could ask for. He takes his time to explain each and every step of treatment,sometimes going over it several times so we would understand exactly what to expect.Cancer is a scary thing for families and knowing you have the BEST fighting for you and your family makes all the difference in the world. I would recommend Dr.Martino to everyone seeking a wonderful doctor/Friend.

DR MARTINO IS THE BEST OF THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES. HE HAS EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANNERS AND ALWAYS KEEPS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WELL INFORMED. HE IS VERY CONFIDENT AND MAKES YOU FEEL VERY SAFE IN HIS HANDS. THE BEST PART IS YOU CAN NOT BELIEVE YOU HAD ANY SURGERY. PRETTY MUCH PAIN FREE AND YOU HEAL QUICKLY. HE IS AMAZING :)
