Caring, smart & skilled surgeon are just a few words you could use to describe Dr. Martino. It's been 8 months since he robotically removed 2 orange size dermoid cysts from my 22 year old daughter's ovaries & her latest ultra sound has proven the operation was a success! I am very happy because you have not found just ANY doctor! He is the doctor you want when you feel desperate and scared. Thanks to his surgical technique, she has little to no scars & her ovaries are fully intact!!
Dr. Martino and his team performed a difficult surgery to remove my left ovary. My other doctors were doubtful that he would be able to perform the procedure laproscopically, but he did it. I am grateful that I did not need an incision because it would have meant a longer recovery. I was able to return to work 2 1/2 weeks after surgery.
Amazing doctor and staff. They're all very caring and compassionate. I'm so glad I came here.
Dr. Martino and his staff are amazing! Confident, competent, and caring. WELL WORTH the almost 2 hour drive!
From the moment he walked in the room and took both of my hands in his and said, "we'll get through this", I knew I had the right doctor.
I had a robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy in Nov. 2016. Dr. Martino was my surgeon. I was referred to him by a client because I was not happy with the care I was receiving in Scranton. I cannot rave about this doctor enough. The surgery was a cakewalk. The worst part was the sore throat from the tube and the catheter. The only pain I had was mildly sore stomach muscles from the little incisions. I never needed the pain meds and I was back to work 5 days later. This doc is the best!!!
Dr. Martino is a fantastic doctor! He is very passionate at what he does and he truly wants to see his patients be well. I went to Dr. Martino for a little bit of a different reason than most women do. I had a severe infection in my pelvic area that no doctor wanted to touch. All gynecologists I saw told me they would have to do a full hysterectomy at 27 years old. Dr. Martino was the only one who told me he could help me, and he did. I would recommend him to anyone with gynecological issues.
My mother has been a patient of Dr.Martino since 2009. He is the MOST patient, caring, loving doctor anyone could ask for. He takes his time to explain each and every step of treatment, sometimes going over it several times so we would understand exactly what to expect.Cancer is a scary thing for families and knowing you have the BEST fighting for you and your family makes all the difference in the world. I would recommend Dr.Martino to everyone seeking a wonderful doctor/Friend.
Dr Martino and his TEAM are so caring, and he is the best of what he does.... Very Knowledgeable, safe in his care, and very professional. He keeps you very informed.. Thank you thank you ....
