I started the Weight Loss Program at Martha Healing Touch Medical Center on May 16th weighing 347 pounds. From the beginning, I received medical supervision, nutritional support, and emotional support. My plan includes GLP-1 therapy, lipotropic injections, glycine for muscle support, glutathione for liver support, and vitamin B12 to help with energy. I have stayed highly motivated throughout the program, and as of August 22nd, I have lost 29 pounds. The program’s leadership is excellent.
The absolute best prenatal massage. She worked on my problems areas the most on my hips and shoulder. Highly highly recommend Martha for prenatal massages. Will be returning again. I loved the use of organic massage oils and felt so relaxed afterwards.
Martha is amazing. I feel so relaxed after my session with her. Her hands are magical.
