Marta is absolutely amazing! She help my parents and I every step of the way in our move from NY to FL. She made such a stressful process so much easier! We relocated in Debary, FL this past November 2012. She has amazing negotiation skills as well, which benefited us very much as far as being able to steal the house away from other buyers. Marta Rosario showed my family and i some homes around Debary, Deland and Sanford area of Florida and although we didn't purchase any home do to change of plans.
