Marta was fantastic to work with. We flew in for a long weekend to look at homes - Marta set the time aside to show us around for two days and negotiated a very good price on our home. She stayed on top of the process the entire way and helped us to close very quickly on the home. There were some issues with the seller's realtor and Marta took care of everything, keeping our stress level to a minimum. Would highly recommend Marta Rosario!!

We call from PR at 9:00 pm on a Saturday and Marta answer her phone we called 3 other Agents before her and we are still waiting for their call. We told Marta what we wanted from Puerto Rico so she can start looking for us, she toked the challenge, started to work on the request and by the time we went to Lake Mary, Fl a month later she show us 5 houses. We put a contract on one of them and we got it. When she says she is an expert in Lake Mary there is NOOO joke about it. I Recommend her!!!!!

Very intelligent agent, very attentive her assistant is great with kids and Marta greet us with a smile and always provide us an information sheet for all the houses that she show us. I will definitely buy another house from her in the future. I recommend her to everyone I meet. Very very knowledgeable in Lake Mary area.
