It’s obvious to me why this hospital has a bad rap. They aren’t very friendly at all. When my son broke his leg I felt a lot of judgement by the staff and I kept feeling like they were insinuating that I was the cause of it. It made a stressful situation so much worse. The last time I was there was for my daughter. She was having cold symptoms. They refused to give her any cough medicine or anything at all to help her. In fact, they said she was too young for any cough medicine. They tested her for the flu, Covid, and RSV. I... read more
Took my son Waylon to urgent care since he’s been sick for so long and everyone was so nice and welcoming. Things were done in a timely manner. The pharmacy staff was just as pleasant.
