I bought my car here these guys bent over backards to assist me. When I come here to get my oil changed I get fast and friendly service. Today the told me of a few recalls and said no problem on fixing today. I love these guys and my car.
Our Jeep has a recall on it, requiring a trailer hitch be installed, to prevent fuel tank rupture in a crash. The people in the service department are giving me the run round. They acted rude, and didn't order a hitch for my Jeep. Overall, very displeased!
Sunny with Marshall Motors took awesome care of us! I wouldn't buy anywhere else. I live in Wichita but the drive was well worth it in the end. Thank you Marshall Motors!

We drove to Marshall's from Wichita to look at a specific Chrysler Town and Country van they were advertising. I called the Salesman Rick Rein to make sure the car was still available and he assured me it would be. Upon arrival Rick met us at the door and had the van parked up front! Rick was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle and its equipment.
