Marshall Motors is by far the worse dealership I have ever done business with. I warned a youg lady about them. They convinced her otherwise. 2 wks after the purchase of her keep. Transmission problems began. Any help from Marshall's? No in fact they kept her car 10 days to just get it looked at. Claimed they made the correct repair. Not at all still not working. Will never buy a car here again! Current management would not honor claims made by a former finance manager (he was either dishonest/a liar or didn't know what he was talking about). Very disappointing. I buy cars frequently but this will just give more sales to Conklin & Long Mac!
