They did a Veteran so wrong. His name is Kristopher Saccurato. This business should not even be associated with Dodge. I love Dodge /Mopar but this puts a sour taste in my mouth after how this Veteran was treated!!!

my wife bought a jeep trailhawk a few years back, and she loves it. however it has had quite a few recalls and engine problems. I think we just had a little bad luck and got a bit of a lemon. but that was not marshall motors fault. they took care of each recall promptly. we recently had some engine problems, and brought the jeep in for service. there were a few issues and concerns during this process, but I have to say Greg the service manager went out of his way and bent over backwards to help us out. we love our jeep, and ... read more

Bought a brand new vehicle just to have several issues have been in 4 times and all that was done was code cleared and flashed the system now my issue is back and am done! I will not do business with Marshall Motors ever again. Also will not tell family or friends to go here! I ended up with a Lemon!
