Marshall is the world's greatest realtor! In a one-week span in December, Marshall did the following: decluttered and staged my mother's house in Converse Heights, brought in a service to deep-clean, had beautiful professional photos taken of the home, put the house on the market, and (24 hours after listing) had it under contract. Closing was 4 weeks later. And all this happened while I was in Oklahoma! I'm still in awe.

Having bought and sold property in the past, I am familiar with many real estate agents. However, I have never had one answer questions so quickly or work so hard to complete a transaction. This was the easiest sale I ever made. I have already given Marshall's name to a friend and they were very pleased also. Both the buyer and I were happy with the speed of the sale and the price. What more could you ask?

Marshall Jordan made our house-hunting experience in a new city as simple as it could be and very enjoyable to boot. He was accommodating as to our schedule for visiting, and very knowledgeable about neighborhoods and specific houses. Being a life-long resident, he knows his town like the back of his hand and by the end of our hunt we felt like we almost did too.

We were relocating from Charleston and needed a Realtor who could help us with all the issues that can come up when moving to a new area. Marshall definitely stepped up and did what needed to be done! He continues to be a great source of info on so many things! Marshall helped me and my wife find the perfect home. We looked at homes in Hillbrook and Converse Heights. We spent almost a year looking for a home my wife and I could agree upon. Marshall found us a home in Gken Forest that fit our budget and had all the amenities we were looking for; walk in closet, two car garage and a kitchen with a breakfast nook. We moved in our house in June of 2014. We were very impressed with Marshalls tenacity and hard work to find us our perfect home.
