Marshall knows Spartanburg. He is a great realtor, and truly cares about his work and his clients. He helped me purchase some investment properties and pointed out things I did not know. Would recommend definitely him to anyone buying or selling a home in Spartanburg.

Marshall helped with listing my home and it was under contract after the first showing, which took place hours after the listing. Marshall also helped find the home I eventually bought and negotiated with me as buyer and with seller in a professional manner that resulted in the best case scenarios for both parties.
