Marshall helped with listing my home and it was under contract after the first showing, which took place hours after the listing. Marshall also helped find the home I eventually bought and negotiated with me as buyer and with seller in a professional manner that resulted in the best case scenarios for both parties.

Marshall did an excellent job of preparing us and our house for a sale. His suggestions and preplanning helped it hit the market in a very appealing way.
