Be aware if you’re going in to have a custom piece made they will low ball the estimate in order to make the sale, then upon approval of the design inform you that it is three times the quoted cost. I was also not informed there is a $150 design fee, so when I had to cancel my order due to the cost I was charged $150. Disappointed that management took no action to make things right.

I've done business with this place for years but after hearing what I just heard I recommend no one do business with these people. They were given a trade-in and that money was put towards a necklace and they quoted a difference of roughly $250 but then when all said and done they upped it to roughly $1100 overall. Since the estimate was so ridiculously far off the deal was off but charged $150 "design fee" from the 375 trade-in jewelry. That is straight line stealing, as well putting blame on the customer.
