My dental experience at Winslet and Walls is excellent . Over the years in Wilmington I've used several different dental practices. This one is by far the best. You are made to feel comfortable and their higenest and dentists take utmost care to make you comfortable. Truly as pain free as possible.
Dr. Rick is the bomb, very professional, tells you every step hes making when hes working a procedure on you. Leigh and Valarie I think were my hygentist so sweet. Made me comfortable the whole time especially being I literally freak out having to goto the dentist! I changed my dental buisness to come here from a dentist i was at for 10 years and I will never go back! Very very impressive his place.
I am a long-time patient and am generally please with the practice. I am very happy with Dr. Levine and the hygienist. Please replace the heavy clear plastic goody bag with paper. Few if any patients reuse it, and it goes straight to the landfill, hurting the environment. Tooth-polisher person wasn't unfriendly, but she needs to make eye contact with patients when calling their name in waiting room or directing them to sit in the exam room. Dr. Bassinger has cared for my teeth for years. She is highly skilled and thorough, and is very pleasant at the same time. Holly, the hygienist who cared for me this last time had a very steady hand, a very thorough approach, and is also a pleasure to deal with. The entire org is very professional. I recommend it highly.
