The entire staff is friendly and professional and the explanations are always thorough.
DUSTI the front desk gave me wrong information about my Tricare plan. She said my plan CHANGED. However I called Tricare and they said people have been getting it confused and the plan only affects RETIREES not active military. I faxed over my same coverages and dusti tried to tell me otherwise that tricare May be wrong and that she was changing peoples plans left and right. False information. Winslett & Walls Dental Excellence team seems to go all out to put patients first. The whole atmosphere is easy and friendly. Everyone there does their best to make sure we patients are as comfortable as possible throughout the process of maintaining our teeth. Technically, they are all highly skilled at their jobs - from the dentists and technicians to the people who manage the office.
Robin and Holly were excellent and I enjoyed meeting Dr Walls. As a senior citizen, however, I find the fees for services are prohibitive and prevent me from being able to have work done.
I appreciated the time the doctor spent with me and went over all my options and help me choose what was right for me.

This was my first visit to this office, I now have found my forever dentist! I was greeted by such a lovely front desk receptionist, she took care of getting me checked in and made me feel extremely welcome. My hygienist’s were prefect for me too. I have high anxiety when seeing the dentist, I let them know this and they made sure to check in with me during my cleaning making sure I was ok. I have never had a lower stress cleaning ever!
