I'm extremely pleased with how friendly everyone at this office is and very grateful for Dr. Walls doing an awesome job on my teeth! They worked me in the same day when they had a cancellation which is so awesome, plus, other dentists told me I definitely needed a crown and Dr. Walls was able to repair the tooth without doing a crown. He saved me hundreds of dollars, plus I just really didn't want a crown. Best dentist I have ever been to and I normally hate the dentist.
Some people really don't care to go to a dentist, some hate it, I WAS between the D's, detest, and despise, but Dr Winslett and his entire staff has changed this old MAN'S opinion. A Beautifully maintained office, the most welcoming office personnel, and skilled hygienist with great personalities who are witty and fun to talk to. Staff and nurse was very accommodating to my needs and sense of urgency to relieve my pain from abscess tooth. I’m not one that likes to visit the dentist on a regular basis for proper dental hygiene. Thank you for working me in so quickly to get this issue taken care of. Your the best!!
I actually look forward to my dental visits as a chance to sit back, rest, and relax since becoming a patient at Winslett and Walls 3 years ago. I feel well cared for and I have 100% confidence in Dr Basinger to make the right dental decisions for my 95 mother and myself. Every member of staff there is friendly and competent. We’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. The office is beautiful and spotlessly clean. I like the coffee, too. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.
Your practice is current and up to date with new practices (latest in new smiles) etc. It's like a well-oiled machine but lacks character and seems artificial. Perhaps, that's just the way a corp works today. Have not needed any urgent care appts but do believe you would do your best to accommodate if needed.
I was in total distress bc I just knew that I would have to wait all weekend until Monday before my broken tooth could be seen, but these guys were open on Saturday! ...and they accepted my insurance...awesome office!
