Get directionsThe only good doctor there is Rhonda, but sadly she is never in. i have 6 different problems with me right now: ear infection, sore throat, blocked sinuses, throwing up, breathing problems, and dry eyes, and the medicine they gave me isn't even the one I need. when I researched it, it didnt treat any of that. and then I was recommended a nose spray, but they said if I didnt follow the directions exactly, that I would get addicted. honestly? not cool. I dont recommend.
Our daughter has a spider bite/full body rash and she is terrified of doctors. Dr. Beale & team (including Charli & the administration manager) made her feel so comfortable that when we left she complimented them. Before we left, Dr. Beale gave her a “Good Patient Award” for her bravery. I’ve had many a good experience here, but when it comes to our children, it always feels more acutely sensitive and important that they get it right the first time—and man, did they!
everyone there treats you like you are important and so very nice
Worst experience I have ever seen at a hospital especially an ER. Dr Anthony Starkey is the biggest joke of a ER doctor I have ever seen. This doctor violated a HIPAA violation and said some very uncalled for things that was unacceptable. Also did a CT scan that was not needed and all they wanted was out to put more tests done to get more money. The medical records I received did not have accurate information. This is ridiculous. I have contacted the hospital and all I got was a letter. This is a joke.
My mom and I took my 17-month-old with a 103.7 fever and viral infection here around 5 am. Apparently the doctor there was close to shift change. I went to the registration desk at about 6:30 - an hour and a half later, and the new nurse (since the registration clerk and nurses had all changed) said the new doctor “would be in soon and knows we were there”. I’m SO glad my baby wasn’t worse and that his fever had went down because apparently an infant with a 103.7 fever and us being the ONLY patients there through that entire... read more
I was seen in the emergency room tonight, and was very impressed. Everyone was very professional and courteous. In no time at all, I had blood drawn, and a Ct scan. Results of both were very quick and Dr. Bohannon was wonderful. He explained the results and was extremely attentive. If the need ever arises, which I hope it doesn't, I would come back to Marshall County ER.
Staff is amazingly friendly, attentive & helpful. They've treated us like family twice in a month. The anesthesia staff was top notch, they checked on the patient personally after surgery and tests. The radiology staff and Susan Ross, took time to explain their tests to me and the patient. The PT staff was patient, kind and through, the nurses are fabulous, the aids, respiratory & even cafeteria staff go above and beyond to meet your needs. I'm a germaphobe I can attest that acute care is spotless. Someone was cleaning 24-7 ... read more
